Get started → connect store → create listings → troubleshoot

1. What is ListForge?

Dropship workflow: import from AliExpress → AI writes copy → publish to Shopify or export CSV for other platforms, plus store tools (Profit, SEO, Blog, Pinterest, Orders, Fulfillment, Inventory).

2. Plans

  • Free — 5 listings/month · CSV/JSON export
  • Pro $39/month — 100 listings · live Shopify · Fulfillment · Automation
  • Business $99/month — 500 listings · multiple stores (up to 5)

Quota counts successful listings only — Blog / SEO / Pinterest do not use listing quota.

3. Get started in 3 steps

  1. Sign up + verify email — Dashboard → open verify page → click Verify my email now
  2. Connect Shopify — Connections → Connect Shopify (store URL + Admin API token starting with shpat_)
  3. Create your first listing — Listings tab → paste AliExpress link → Build

4. Create a Shopify Admin API token

  1. Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels
  2. Develop apps → Create an app
  3. Enable Admin API scopes: products, orders, fulfillments, inventory
  4. Install app → copy the Admin API access token
  5. Paste it into ListForge under Access token

5. Upgrade to Pro

  1. Dashboard → Upgrade plan
  2. Pay with Stripe
  3. Pro unlocks immediately after successful payment

6. Fulfillment (Pro)

  1. Fulfillment tab → Scan unfulfilled orders
  2. Open the AliExpress link and place the order for the customer
  3. Return and enter the tracking number → updates Shopify

7. Automation / Blog / Pinterest (Pro)

Connect Pinterest under Connections, then enable Automation on the Dashboard to run weekly blog / pin / SEO tasks.

8. Common issues

  • Verification email missing — open /verify-email to resend · check Spam · you must click the link in the email
  • Invalid link — link expired · log in and open verify to send a new email
  • Shopify won't connect — check token, scopes, and URL must be *.myshopify.com
  • Quota exhausted — upgrade or wait for monthly reset (UTC)

9. Contact support

Click Help at the bottom-right of the Dashboard (or the button above). The ListForge assistant answers questions and helps troubleshoot.
